A little gem!

It felt better this morning. No rain and although it was still very dull, the birds were singing.

I decided to go up to the top of the garden for a scout around. The Hamamelis - Witchhazel - often has buds with hints of colour at this time of year. We have two and they are both in flower! It is the right time of year but they re earlier than usual.

As we have had so much rain they are dripping with water droplets and this flame red flower had two that looked like jewels and the bonus of a good reflection in one! Sometimes a garden blip,is a last resort but it was good to get one today.

It's always hard to commit money but I've just paid £7 for a Pilates lesson which I love and that is weekly. Season tickets and golf club memberships are much more. If you love blip it has got to be worth some small investment or donation to save it and have it run as we would like it to be.
I'm pretty sure I'm preaching to,the converted with my followers but this might just reach one extra person.
