I'd like to say...

I would like to be able to say that I'd made this lovely bacon and mushroom quiche, but I didn't. I bought it from a local farm shop - they make lovely pies as well. This little beauty will be eaten for dinner tonight with some nice new potatoes and a mixed salad. Yum!
