It is Epiphany ( a celebration of the Magi )
I'm glad I had a swim / exercise in the pool yesterday, cos' I sure don't feel like it today!
The weather is dull/ dank today, so what's new, it looks as if the rain will fall at any minute so I must get a walk in and quick.
I'm almost sure I feel so loosely cos' I didn't take my medication yesterday ! I suddenly thought last evening ( I can't remember taking my tablets ) I didn't dare take more just in case I was mistaken???? Hey ho , I'm certainly going cuckoo !! Have a good day folks .
