Tennis elbow/ I don't play tennis

Have had a sore arm / elbow since before Christmas.
Think I did something at the gym with the weights.
Googled myself a diagnosis... Tennis elbow.
I don't play tennis!

Anyway , I went to the doctor today to confirm it and she pushed some very tender points on my arm and agreed with Google!
Have physio appointment tomorrow.

Ella was with me so afterwards we went for a bite to eat at the super cool Lyttleton Coffee Co cafe. I love the old building , they had to re renovate after the earthquakes and it is great.
