The quest continues

In the ongoing quest for both exercise & a daily blip I went back to the beach ridiculously excited about favourable tide times as the seas have been too high to walk between St Clair & St Kilda beaches (have become that person checking tide timetables).
I was intending to play around with reflections but came across this scene.
Not sure who the people are (or if I should recognise them) or what they were filming but it looked interesting & people were drawn to watching it.
