A late start; only the fact they were tearing the house up drove us out to the shop (briefly) and we picked up scooters; then after some lentil soup we hit the new skate park at Drylaw. Even in the freezing cold there were plenty kids there; a steady stream too and fro. As a skate park it was a little severe for Alex; Tom enjoyed it though but the seeping cold eventually ground us down and we retreated to Morrisons; then the library then the safety of the x box and the Grinch (slightly later than billed)
