A miserable day - dark and raining all day. 
A sad day too as it was our neighbour's funeral in the morning. We've lived next door to Harry for 25 years; he was a lovely, kind man and a very good friend - we couldn't have asked for a more perfect neighbour and we miss him greatly.

The cats, James & Lily, finally went home today. The place feels empty without them - we'll have to see about getting some cats of our own again.
