Rob Roy Glacier

I hadn't been to the high viewing point before (it's a long story involving P and a surprise helicopter ride), but today we made it up.  What a spectacular walk.  Even the drive up the Matukituki Valley on gravel road was exciting, driving bronap's truck.  
This photo is just the start of the walk across the bridge, and the scenery got even better the higher we climbed. 
Today's extra is just one of the frog's chorus we heard at a ford along the road.
