An apple a day keeps the doctor at Play

Another from "Proverbs for the 2st Century."

Had this one in my head for a few days. Didn't really come out how I had imagined it.... hadn't really thought through the technicalities of fitting everything in... but hey, there we go. I like it, even if the colour pop is a bit dodge.

Work was OK today. Busy in the afternoon, but I can live with busy. Beats being bored.

Neither of us could be bothered cooking when I got home, so we went out for tapas before the gym. And then I ate so much tapas that I had to forego the gym. This will not happen again (this week)!
