Duns, day five...

We spent a lot of the afternoon in the walled garden of Floors Castle, Kelso, marvelling at the flowers.

It was rather sultry - we finished our picnic standing under the gateway o shelter from the brief rain - and I didn't take that many pcitures.

My camera can't cope with too much pink - so this deep pink peony is in monochrome, because I liked the rain drops so much.
