This was the bleak brief break in the torrential rain!
I was in Glasgow for a meeting and then quickly back to Edinburgh for more!

I have been back at the gym this week trying to lose some of my "love fat" as someone last night so kindly described it as!

I am footloose this weekend. Looking forward to chilling and catching up with housework and Sky+
