Mistaken identity

Megan lost her phone at the Edinburgh street party. The next day Claire's phone stopped working.

With some help from a nice lady at EE we discovered that I had pulled the wrong box off the shelf when calling in Megan's IMEI number and had inadvertently blocked Claire's phone.

All fixed now, thanks to the wonders of modern technology. Except Megan is now slumming it with Claire's old Nokia Windows phone.
