A pre birthday meal with lots of fond memories!!!

Had a wonderful meal with my roomys this eve in CHOP CHOP, before the outdoors whitewater rafting this weekend...

Featured in the picture is Niu ro mian (beef noodles) which I managed to ask for (almost). When I traveled through China those 3 words were all I needed to get by...at 60p a bowl I'd put ample amounts of chilli seed, soya and vinegar into the mix and gorge myself...just as I did tonight...dumplings included...not forgetting a large bottle of Tsingtao...China's beer (made with rice) although tastes like a lager....

I'll no doubt pay for it in the morning, just like I did in Beijing!
