Beginning...

...a new batch of yoghurt... for MonoMonday today!
In my defence, I had planned a trip to Wakefield and a drop in to the cathedral to blip the font for "beginnings", but it was so horribly foggy all day we decided just to shop in Penistone instead. Tried the church there, but it was all locked up, as was the one in Kirkburton when I investigated later this afternoon - a sign of the times I guess...
...so my fall-back position is the small amount of paraphernalia needed to create 1kg of natural yogurt for us to have with our fruit & porridge for breakfast every day! Just need to remember to put it in the fridge tonight...
