Renewal

I renewed my more-than-passing acquaintance with the local swim centre today, first day it's been open for a couple of weeks (and I'm far too loyal to go to any of the other pools even though I could, well that's my excuse for lack of recent activity anyway and I'm sticking to it...)

A steady/medium-hard 50, solid if unremarkable. But it all counts.
