Sad Day

Here is our sadly denuded Christmas tree at the Hastings recycling centre. A lovely tree, Norwegian Blue or something (beautiful plumage). The taking down of the tree has always been a sad day for me. Not so for Gill, who is a bit a Grinch where Christmas decs are concerned. We've done well to keep the tree so long! I'm sure she'd have it down on Boxing day if we agreed! Ah well, that's it for another year!
