A Blip Party At Castlefield

Today has been a wet day most of the time but it failed to dampen the spirits of many birds at Castlefield . Today being my last full day  here ,a blip & farewell party for me had been planned .The birds are very into our future . On leaving the door  I was greeted by Mr Heron and two anxious  Canada Geese .They were my escorts and had cleaned up their feathers tuxedo style .Seagulls had been invited and later Lord and Lady Swan appeared . A grand time was had by one and all. My feet felt as wet as those webbed ones but it didn't matter one jot . The Cormorant was there one minute but had to dash as it seems a fish alert had come through . Still it was nice of him to drop in  and say good bye .. My extras are close ups of the two escort geese.and a happy Heron .( Being of a solitary disposition the noise proved  too much for him so he gave his regards good wishes, pledged his support and left for his nook ) )All pictures best viewed full screen.
