South African Milkwort
Not noticed this shrub before, growing in a garden on one of our walks. May have only been planted during the summer, surprised to see it still flowering the written information says only hardy to around a minimum of 5C, it may have a rude awakening yet. It's scientific name is Polygala and is related to the Milkwort with blue flowers native to the UK and common in Cumbria.
