Mono Monday ...Beginning

The scales told me it is time to begin my 5/2 diet again after the Christmas feast. I think I will be the lightest I have been all year by tomorrow.
Diet today:
1/4 cup rolled oats with hot water and almonds
2egg cheese omelette
Waldorf salad.

If I don't eat rubbish I don't get too hungry. So far so good.
