Hello!!

What a lovely day.
I took my grandson and friend-Faith, whom I've recently met up with again after many years of not seeing her.
We headed to my best friend-Mary in Bidford-upon-Avon.
32 years ago we were student nurses training together.
We had a lovely lunch sitting out in the sun, a little reminiscing took place.
My grandson was as usual an absolute delight and well behaved (bonus)

The Sparrows were very keen on looking for crumbs left by previous diners.

Back home and just put 'Herman the German Friendship cake' in the oven-looking forward to a nice piece when it comes out of the oven later-I might just leave a few crumbs for the garden birds.
