So long Boston

The large tree is a yearly gift to the city of Boston from Halifax, Nova Scotia. About 80 years ago there was a massive explosion that decimated Halifax - Boston was at the ready and helped Halifax immediately. Boston has received a huge tree every year in appreciation and gratitude from the city of Halifax. Neat eh?
