Was woken up early by the wind roaring through the trees outside. Will be back to work on Tuesday, so need to get back into the early rising routine. Got up and went (cycled ten miles) to the pool for the first swim in a couple of weeks. Gentle saunter home, with shopping. System is now in shock.
