Pineapple, mango and ginger meringue for Sunday lunch.  There were slight structural issues due to the cook setting the cooker to grill instead of fan oven.  Reminded me of the days when I grilled everything after moving in because I didn't know how to work the oven - over 6 months of grilling, it was a poor culinary experience.
