Giving Blood

Gave blood for the first ever time today.  Can't remember what made me sign up after all these years as I did it months ago.  Regardless, happy to help out someone somewhere if possible.  Got very nervous just as they began as I hate needles - had to look away and build myself up to take a peek at this.

A bit of a gruesome shot I suppose, but I wanted to include it on here as it seems important.

That and it'll make TheBigCheese1 faint if she sees it - ha ha ha!
