Lentil Loaf

I decided I would make a Lentil Loaf today. I'm sure I've tried before, but I don't remember it turning out so well as it has this time. Looks yummy!
Not tried it yet, in the recipe it suggests that you eat it the next day. I was thinking Sweet Potato wedges & Pea's with the Lentil loaf for dinner this eve. :)
