Snow at Last!

There was a distinct wintery feel this morning as the snowline was down to about 1,200m and the forecast is for lots of precipitation in the next few days. From the top of the Chamossaire here, you could see the front coming in and the Rhone Valley far below. A storm warning has just popped up on the iPad. Hurray! We need a storm, or three, in the Alps. There were no fireworks on New Year's Eve because of the drought.
