Rather Early

Another wet, cold and windy day again for the last official day of my Christmas break. There are quite a lot of colourful Polyanthus flowers in the garden, most covered in raindrops. However, I chose this Daffodil, as I do not remember ever seeing a Daffodil in flower this early in the year in the UK. It is not as sharp as it should be because the wind kept moving it about, but I wanted to record its early existence; there are several more in bud in various parts of the garden.
