Well that didn't work

1 year on, 2.8 KG heavier. And with a fitbit on since Nov '14 it looks like I am far too sedentary for my own good.

Admittedly there has been a bit of a conversion to muscle in certain areas, but there is still work to be done as cardio is my downfall. Give me a spin bike for 40 minutes and I'm golden. 10 minutes on a treadmill and I'm the walking dead.
Might just start doing Parkrun like some fellow blippers.....
