Red soldier beetles, it's that time again... they've been gathering in their dozens these last few days, today I counted at least 14 pairs! They're great little characters, as beetles can certainly have characters & they certainly have excellent facial expressions & body language!

Quite an ok day today, weather wise, although I couldn't enjoy it much as don't feel very well today alas. Emotionally exhausted I think & other things. xxx
