Chinese Lanterns

I'm not usually in favour Of Chinese Lanterns.....
They were very popular when I lived in Río de Janeiro; and sadly, sometimes caused fires in the favelas
..... In Spain, they are not encouraged....because of our ongoing drought and the risk of forest fires...
However, we watched these rise up into the night..... from the beach..... and the offshore breeze took them gently out to sea.....
They looked very pretty.
