Eat More Vegetables

The weekly challenge in my concept photography group is resolution. My idea of a resolution is something like better eating habits, more fresh veggies. Not that I have particularly bad eating habits, and I have always enjoyed cooking and experimenting with differenet kinds of food. But I find as the years go by, I am getting lazier in the kitchen.

However, I am challenged by my grandchildren. Vegan and vegetarian eating are in style and I can't dish up spaghetti bolognese with a salad any more when they come.
