Contradiction

Sitting at the traffic lights waiting to go I noticed this house name on a property across the road from where I was sitting- I made a quick grab for the camera before the lights changed and managed to get a photo.

Why?

It might be just me but I thought it was funny, the second line was such a contradiction to the first.......
