Better

Just for once we seem to have escaped any showers today and the weather has broken away to be lovely. As a result lots of hedge cutting, planting and tidying in the garden today.

Just took a long enough break to make a green pork and tomatillo chilli dish. I love being able to get more adventurous in the kitchen over the holidays. Friday is the cook's day off so will have to plan what to make for the weekend and the start of next week. I'm lucky to have a couple of good helpers with the house and shopping so will have a bit of me time this evening too.
