I need to retire...

...these wee shoes, had them too long but like our old Sharan they are trusty companions.

After this month though and my first foray into Marcothon...hopefully not my last...their condition has been brought to my attention each & every day. I'll probably look to retire them.

On the Marcothon thing a few thoughts:

My old 44 year old knees coped...thank God though that Lidl have knee supports coming on offer this week;-)
I CAN run on a Monday!
I CAN run in the evening!
30 minutes is better than 0 minutes

Hoping this past month sets me up for the coming year:-)
