The relaxed bit between Christmas and new year

Sort of back to work today, except I'm working from home as Dan and Abi are with me, and then Charlie came over for lunch and we all went over to the Crossing Point, which, although it's been here for a year or two now, we all still refer to as "the one that used to be Cariad".

I like this time of year: no email, no phone calls. Well, not many, anyway. And I like how everyone seems more relaxed and how one's characteristic vagueness about arrangements seems less irritating to everyone else than it is normally. It would suit me if this was how it could be all the time, really.
