A Brace!

On this first day of the new year, a first for us for our first 2016 meal. Pheasant. Pot roasted following a Hugh Fearnly-Whittingstall recipe. It was very nice indeed, not at all expensive, the two costing about the same as a small free range chicken. I'm now feeling replete. Bring on Sherlock!
