Blackdown

A wet and muddy New Year's Day walk in the Blackdown Hills, up to the Culmhead RAF base above Churchstanton, back and around. Thinking of those long ago pilots in their Spitfires, Polish, Czech and British, setting of from peaceful rural Somerset into the skys above France.
