Don't let Blipfoto disappear

I thought of my message style when looking at my (Christmas Present) Crossword Eraser Pens. 

Blipfoto has been a special place for me for a few years and despite the bumpy ride it has had in 2014 I decided to stay with it.  Only in recent weeks have I failed to keep up and post a daily photo on the day (I have back blipped photos to fill the year) and that has been to do with personal circumstances and nothing to do with my support for site.

Its great for a photo a day project or a daily journal with a supporting photo.  Not all my photos have been good or even that interesting but they generally say something about my progress through the year and my general interests.  They may not be of interest to many but I thank those who take a look and make a comment. I do look at a lot of photos but recently I have let a few people down with lack of comments (Sorry!)

One of the best things for someone that has posted for more than a year is when its possible to look back at the same day 12 month earlier - I do that all the time :-)

It's the only place on the internet I have been where all comments have been kind, caring and sharing and it's a hope for 2016 that it survives in that manner.

The crowdfunding effort to save the site is under way and making good progress to date. 

I have made a pledge at Blipfuture.com and hope that others will do so as well. 

For those with no experience of Blipfoto and not sure whether to take an interest there is no better day to try it than 1st January.
