Morning after

New Year's Day started late, but after one of Normous' substantial cooked breakfasts, some of us felt like a walk. We visited the newly refurbished children's playground which had in days gone by been a place of fun for grandson George and his father before him. George and Jake tried out some of the climbing frames and swings, but were really rather large for them. Such a change from the dear little boys I used to bring here. I managed to persuade the family to pose for me, and I had to take quite a few shots before I managed one that was good of each of them.
It has been so good to start off the new year in their company.
