Went today to see a Dreamlodge site near Hastings. These lodges are fully equipped and can be lived in 12 months a year . They represent fantastic value and great design. This one is called 'the Gite' 3 beds and two shower rooms, very nice beach house feel. Comes in at just under £200k. You can also let them out for8% ROI.
