BIRTHDAY BOYS

Meant to blip early as I took the lucky boys with all their gifts and cards!!!
After the opening of said gifts and cards we headed up to Greenwich for a stroll around the market and the traditional birthday brunch. We ate at the lovely very busy Green Cafe.
Then we got a boat along to Westminster and walked to Victoria to get the train home. A great trip on a beautifully sunny mild winter's day.

Day only saddened by the awful news that my friend (who I have called my big Scottish sister for 38 years) lost her husband in an horrendous car crash yesterday. When we got back from London we went straight over. All very sad....hug the ones you love, send them kisses if you're not nearby and always share a kind word before you part.

Off to friends now for our usual New Years celebration........wishing you all a fabulous 2016 and here's hoping blip survives another year.
