Applied Learning
I've always learned the most when I am able to apply theory to task. Making good paella may be my next obsession and the journey began this afternoon. I watched a few pros, asked questions, ate, and hopefully learned a few things while in Spain. My chicken, chorizo paella turned out to be the best I've ever attempted, so I think I'm on the right path.
