A shadow of its former self . . .

Nothing seemed to be able to remove the  lat_invalid  error;  this is the best I can do.  Quite grainy and the little light there in the middle is flash.
It is the trunk of a beautiful eucalyptus tree, best bark pattern and colours seen so far.

I am posting this on 3:04 PM PST USA and blip is already giving me the new 100 remaining extra fotos for next year, while in my part of the world, it is still the previous year!    So I've lost my unused extras.
Ah well, I'll be backblipping days 12/27 - 30 next, and then head out to try and capture one for today December 31.   A sunset would seem suitable  . . .
