Had another long lie this morning, woke up at 12.30. Went through to the sofa and stayed there all afternoon. No point in getting dressed as nowhere to go.

Was meant to be going to  a friends house with another friend tonight. But I don't want to; don't want to get dressed, don't feel like being sociable and don't want to have to pretend to be happy.
