lists and labels

the kids have gone away with my parents for a few days. they have all been looking forward to it! holly (5yo) wrote a list of what she needed to pack, then wrote a list for her brother (8yo). as she packed her stuff she crossed the items off the list, then packed a pile of clothes for each day into her case and labelled them...'friday', 'saturday', 'sunday'. i hope they have a good time away from home.

my lovely husband has suggested that i sleep in tomorrow morning with the kids gone (shhhh..don't tell him i haven't been up before 9am since school finished last friday!!!! )
