Out With The Old

My daughter painted this monthly calendar when she was still at school as a present for my mother. (Her picture is in the background)She always gave it pride of place,as I do now. It seems to remind me of speed at which the years fly by,10 since mum died,and her last sister this year. Tomorrow as I change the month I'll try to shake off my end of year blues and look forward to new beginnings and send out the wish for a very Happy New Year to all blip friends and family around the world.
