Looking back to look forward

I have to admit to myself that I have worked too many hours in my life. I convinced myself that I didn't have time for just myself , to take walks or to write. Balance was elusive in my mind rather than being a daily choice.
How silly of me.
At least I am now aware and I hope to live a little better next year.
