Capturing my Journey

Evening calm after destruction

I could hear the shed banging at one in the morning last night, it was really loud. I wasn't sure what we would wake up to. The next section of tin was trying to take off. We had to make emergency repairs as more winds are forecast again so the owner of the farm where we manage the livestock brought over their telehandler which has a cage for the front of it for husband to stand in whilst making repairs. He started on the outside getting at all the bits he could reach and screwing them down and then we brought the telehandler into the shed where it was able to move into a great position for husband to get the top part done. The telehandler can "crab" so basically move sideways which makes it perfect for manoeuvring in the small space in the shed. Anyway the loose tin is all screwed down and hoping it can stay like that until the new corner parts arrive and we have some calm weather to get sheets of tin up onto the roof. The second photograph is of the sunset reflecting in a puddle taken from the back door of the farmhouse.

9 > 4c windy overnight overcast then rain until 3pm.
