Ready for take off

Last night was really good fun. As beween us there was quite a lot of new gear including some very different PA stuff, it was really useful having a few hours with it at volume. All of our guest singers were fantastic, as was Miss Poppy the human autocue.

I've spent today sorting out stuff. I went over to see a friend to borrow some really good lights. He puts on events and so is a very handy man to know. He also writes and produces his own music, he was playing me a track today, really very good, sort of Suede meets Duran Duran a massive soundscape. All done on his mac!
We then went for a walk and delivered a load more tickets for tomorrow. The rest of the afternoon has been spent playing with my instrument ;)
