....... lunch at the club before my treatment!
I'm sad to say the massage did no good at all today,I'm still in agony. Infact I'm home in pj's with a hot water bottle and having taken anti inflamatory tablets, let's hope that will knock this wicked pain on the head???
The day started with winds, then drizzle now it's really dismal at 3.45 pm. Hope tomorrow will be better for all the celebrations , for those who celebrate, still don't suppose it will stop the hilarity which is good.
